I'm really just waiting for Legacy of the Dragonborn V5 to come out before playing a serious Skyrim play-through. Like many of my more recent loadouts, it uses Genesis and Sands of time, which are notorious for breaking breakthroughs, therefore this loadout is mostly "for the lols" and I'm planning on live-streaming a new character with it just for fun.
